The sculptural form of The Landmark sits on a spectacular coastal site which can be seen from all directions.

The Theatres Trust celebrated the building, writing: "for my money this is one of the most striking theatres put up anywhere in recent years and the people of North Devon have got themselves a bargain. Where else will you find a 483 seat theatre, a 200 seat multi purpose flat floored space and a cafe bar and foyers, a Tourist Information Centre and offices all out up for just over £4 million?".
