Although it was founded in 1418, Sevenoaks’ spirit is modern and outward-looking, and it is one of the top International Baccalaureate Schools in the world. The school has a beautiful site, overlooking the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of Knole Park.

Since 2005 we have worked with the school, developing a Masterplan and designing award-winning buildings, including a Performing Arts Centre, Science and Technology Centre, and the Asher Boarding House, as well as many smaller projects adapting the school’s listed buildings.

The 2019 revision of the masterplan proposes 20 further projects, large and small, which will provide outstanding facilities across the board.

Working with the school over a long period has reinforced how important the early stages of the masterplanning process are - analysing needs, understand the site and building, and carefully and thoroughly exploring options.
